The 2020 vacation lottery has been completed. The remaining part time weeks were picked and added to the vacation table. The vacation trade form has the dates for the weeks of 2020 should you need to make a trade, swap or sale.
The next project is to assign the holiday call for the entire year of 2020. The full time doctors will get one holiday and two holiday weekend days.
Unfortunately, I need to get the holidays assigned soon as we still have the other weekends to assign for Jan to Sep 2020.
Please check your schedule and submit your preference for holiday call by Thu 11/7/19. If there are no volunteers for certain holidays, I will have to rotate the assignment based on past years.
NB: I will go by the preference that you submit. If you volunteer for a holiday that falls during , following or preceding a vacation week, I will assume this is intentional. So please check your own vacation when you submit your holiday preference. Some people prefer to get the call out of the way at the end of a vacation week or just before a vacation. I make this reminder every year.
